We are seeking an experienced Business Lead to drive process and functional integration management within the Integration Management workstream. In this role, you will provide leadership and coordination support during the SAP S/4HANA transformation project and post-implementation to ensure sustainable integration of business processes into regular company operations. Your Contribution:
- Lead the design and execution of process and functional integration strategies aligned with business needs and technical solutions
- Collaborate closely with business units, IT teams, and external partners to coordinate end-to-end integration efforts
- Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts across systems and processes in project phases and steady-state operations
- Drive alignment among process owners, functional leads, and IT stakeholders to meet integration requirements over time
- Facilitate workshops focused on integration topics during implementation and ongoing operations

Requirements
Do you have experience in SAP S/4HANA?, * Proven experience (10+ years) as a Business or Functional Lead in integration management, preferably in SAP S/4HANA projects
- Strong understanding of business process integration, enterprise architecture, and operational sustainability
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry; familiarity with regulatory requirements is essential
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Skilled in workshop facilitation, conflict resolution, and governance frameworks supporting implementation and steady-state processes
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal); proactive working style focused on results
