Job description

Working as part of the People Team, the primary responsibility of the Data Coordinator is to maintain high quality HR data through expert data management, manipulation, and reporting. This role will support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of HR systems by ensuring data accuracy, producing meaningful insights, and providing technical expertise in Excel, reporting, and system changes. The Data Coordinator plays a key role in enabling informed decision making by delivering reliable, clear, and visually impactful data outputs., We're open to discussing flexible working arrangements to suit your needs, aligned with project requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Clear and effective communicator, able to collaborate and explain technical concepts simply.
  • Strong analytical ability with experience handling and interpreting complex data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in data management or data quality assurance.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.
  • Skills in SQL, data manipulation, and database management. Understanding of data governance and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Familiarity with data integrity or ETL tools.
