1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer

• Must live within 1 hour commute of Uckfield (TN22 1QG)
• Must be able to attend the office daily during the first 90 days probation
• Hybrid working available after successful probation
• Full UK driving licence preferred

Useful additional experience:

• Intune, Microsoft Defender
• Entra ID / Active Directory
• Virtualisation Platforms - Vmware / Hyper-V
• RMM tools
• Backup systems
• MSP experience advantageous

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Virtualization?, This role suits someone who enjoys proper troubleshooting and technical development, working across Microsoft 365, security and infrastructure - not just logging and closing tickets.

Ideally you will have 1+ year MSP experience or experience supporting business IT environments.

Key requirements:

• Experience supporting Windows business environments
• Microsoft 365 administration experience
• Good troubleshooting and logical problem-solving ability
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
• Strong communication skills
• Professional and organised approach
