Job description

user clients with their day-to-day IT support, whilst gaining access to projects such as; site relocation, server installs and upgrades, implementing backup solutions and much more.Ideal Skills

Requirements

  • Proficient experience within Windows environments.
  • O365, SharePoint, Exchange and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Directory) experience. (user admin and GPO level ideally).
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues within a fast-paced environment - circa 100 tickers per day in the team.
  • Hardware knowledge and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of networking principles and protocols - Routers, Switches, connectivity, VLAN
  • A minimum of 1 year experience on a Service Desk/IT Support.
