Job description

  • Provide first-line technical support across hardware, software, and networks
  • Manage and resolve IT tickets, escalating complex issues when required
  • Support system administration and assist with infrastructure tasks
  • Deliver user training and guidance on IT systems and applications
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • Proven experience (4+ years) in an IT support or service desk role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including M365 and Active Directory
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
